I have used various different agents over the years to sell different houses for me. And some of them did a good job and met all my expectations for an agent. But when I met Lee, he was the first Agent to exceed all my expectations. The first house he sold for me introduced me to a whole different level of professionalism and negotiation skills. So I used him again. The second house he again raised the bar and sold our house within a week for more than we expected to get. So when the time came to sell my house outside of Tauranga (up in the Coromandel) I contacted Lee and said I couldn't find an agent even close to his capabilites. The average sell time was 60 days for the area and Lee sold our house within 3 weeks and with terms that were ideal for our situation. So I have used Lee to sell 3 houses for me, and all three were to different target markets and yet he adapted his techniques to suit the house and the target market. All three houses I had a deadline to sell and all three he had excellent offers by the deadline. 


I have found Lee to be honest and candid in all my dealings. Right from his initial consultation he took the time to get to know me and why I was selling. He found out what was important to me. He found out what I loved about the house. All of this meant he was able to find the right person that saw the value in the house and meant that he was able to successfully communicate what set my house apart from others on the market. Lee understands that selling houses successfully and for the best price means understanding what makes a house unique and then matching that to the buyer. And aside from all of that, Lee is a straight up nice guy that is fun to deal with. My experience is that he has set a new standard for what a realestate agent is meant to be.
